The Xcel Program
The Xcel gymnastics is a competitive program for gymnasts who want to compete at a higher level than recreational gymnastics, but do not meet the requirements for JO Gymnastics. It is a great way to get involved in the sport of gymnastics. Xcel provides a competitive yet fun environment for gymnasts of all levels. The Xcel Program is divided into several different levels, each with its own set of rules and regulations. Gymnasts can move up through the levels as they progress and become more skilled.
Xcel is meant for athletes who wish to compete, but may not be interested in or able to commit to the time and intensity required of elite level gymnastics. Xcel is a great way to have fun, stay fit, and progress at your own pace; offering more freedom than the rigid structure of JO gymnastics.
